Cancellation Policy
Your appointments are very important to us, and we understand that schedule changes are sometimes unavoidable. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you do so at least 24 hours in advance.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time will incur a charge of 50% of the total cost of your service. This policy ensures that we can accommodate other clients and keep our schedule running smoothly.
